On the weekends, I go in-line skating at a park.
I'd like to skate from home to the park, but it is dangerous to skate on the road,
so I just enjoy skating only in the park.
Since the park has a long track, it is very good for not only jogging and walking but also in-line skating.
I also like to eat some snacks sitting on a bench under the trees.
There's a small bench that I like to sit at.
As it is located on a low hill, and its view overlook the park.
So before I leave for the park, I always take a water bottle and a small snack.
At the park, I skate along the track three or four times.
It takes about an hour.
Then I go to the bench.
After a big sweat, a sip of water and snack are enough to satisfy me
and give me the energy to prepare for another week.
